Day 1 Menu

I had to juicies for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast was carrot, apple and ginger. Lunch was cucumber and grapes. I decided before I started this journey that I would eat cleansing solids for dinner. I had salmon and cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, avocado, and pinapple salad. I had a green powdered base drink for snacks.
